Le guitariste chilien Miguel Castro et la pianiste néerlandaise Pieternel van Oers se sont rencontrés lors de la découverte de leurs premiers disques « Origin » du quartet de Miguel Castro et « Dialogue » du Pieternel van Oers Trio. Une esthétique et une vision de la musique communes de ces deux musiciens-compositeurs ont suscité l’envie de créer ce projet en duo. Le premier album nommé « East of the moon » sort en automne 2024. Une musique créative et complice sont au rendez-vous.

Miguel Castro & Pieternel van Oers - East of the Moon
Chilean guitarist Miguel Castro and Dutch pianist Pieternel van Oers found each other via the discovery of their first albums, "Origin"' by the quartet of Miguel Castro and "Dialogue" by the Pieternel van Oers Trio. The shared aesthetic and musical vision of these two musicians and composers led to the creation of this duo project. In their own way, they will play their compositions. An intimate setting and music with creativity and complicity will be key elements of this evening.
