Le guitariste chilien Miguel Castro et la pianiste néerlandaise Pieternel van Oers se sont rencontrés lors de la découverte de leurs premiers disques ; « Origin » du quartet de Miguel Castro et « Dialogue » du Pieternel van Oers Trio. Une esthétique et une vision de la musique communes de ces deux musiciens-compositeurs ont suscité l’envie de créer ce projet en duo. Ils interpréteront à leur façon quelques standards de jazz et des compositions de Pieternel. Une ambiance intimiste, une musique créative et complice sont au rendez-vous.

Chilean guitarist Miguel Castro and Dutch pianist Pieternel van Oers found each other on the discovery of their first albums, “Origin” by the quartet of Miguel Castro and “Dialogue” by the Pieternel van Oers Trio. The shared aesthetic and musical vision of these two musician-composers led to the creation of this duo project. In their own way, they will perform a number of jazz standards and compositions of Pieternel. An intimate setting and music with creativity and complicity will be key elements of this evening.
